Recommendation for Kelly: Has anyone here seen the movie "Ponette"? Victoire Thivisol played the 4-year-old Ponette. And even though she'll be about 11 years old now, not 7, she would probably be the best actor in the movie. And, after all, this is our casting wish-list, which will have little or no resemblance to anything Hollyweird may come up with...
Okay, Scouse, let me see if I've got this right -- you're one of Nick's brothers (J, J or J), you've got a uniform, a non-fuzzy face, you're more good looking than Brad, and you've got money? Forget Robson... send me your pic and your number!
>>By am-i-binned (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 21:46)
Whether i'm better looking than Brad is open to debate, now where can i get a uniform..hmmm

Chris, calm down and write clearly, please. We are a multi-lingual community here, and it is hard enough sometimes for those of us who only speak English to understand each other, let alone making it more difficult on those for whom English is a second, third or fourth language. Thanks.
There is a "buffer" emailbox set up for this messageboard. If there is adequate interest expressed here, I will post the "buffer" address and personal email addresses can be exchanged for offboarding, but ONLY if mutually agreed to by both/any/all parties....
>>By am-i-binned (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 22:02)

>>By chris (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 22:08)
Fanx, Chris! VBG!
Just take your time and slow down a little, keeping in mind who will be reading what you write. If you like to read as many books as you say, you are far smarter than you're giving yourself credit for! Just relax and enjoy the company here -- there's no need to rush on our account.
>>By am-i-binned (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 22:15)
hi people
sorry again sorry thanks for saying that im more smarter than i give myself credit for i really should stop calling myself slow ok i will. i looked up the film ponette and i saw the girl in it i think she is perfect for kelly but do you know what she looks like now?
>>By chris (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 22:39)

im going now see you later people
>>By chris (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 22:41)
Thanks, Chris! You're doing just fine! And, yes, I do think you are smarter. Here are some of the basic abbrev's I use. I'm sure you know loads more, too, but I try to limit my use of them, again, because of language differences:
vbg - very big grin vgw - very big wink bsg - big sarcastic grin bsag - big smart-arse grin lol - laugh out loud rofl - rolling on the floor laughing sff - serious finger flubs drk - darn return key
>>By am-i-binned (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 22:50)
Oooops! ssf -- second abbreviation -- should be vbw - very big wink! So that calls for a vbdg! (very big dumb grin!)....
>>By am-i-binned (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 23:03)
Aaarrrggghhh! Okay -- I'm going home now! I can't play any more -- ssf should have been sff...
>>By am-i-binned (Tuesday, 27 May 2003 23:05)
Oh Chris, you really are on tornado speed… let us get some breath VBG (Don’t take this badly, I mean well.)

Hi,
Question about CF chapter 15
What' s in the freezer???
I think the interpretor of my book is way out.
Bags of microwave crisps!?! and Magnum (ice cream).
What's in your versions?
Swedish reader (Wednesday, 28 May 2003 12:35)
Hey, Swedish Reader!! So glad to hear from you again…
English version has got “boxes of Kraft dinners, macaroni and microwave chips" My Dutch version: “voornamelijk pakken magnetronvoer” which means “mainly boxes with microwave food” And in Dutch version he also takes a “Magnum”. English version says “Magnum bar”. Did you read about Paul R's quest for fav one-liner? Do you only have Swedish versions of the books and are one-liners translated well?? (could be hard to tell if you only have the Swedish versions but I’m asking anyway)
take care,
>>By Lynn (Wednesday, 28 May 2003 13:00)
Hey, I'm the only boris here, and need I sayI'm not Chris (how old are you anyway). Have to catch up with some AM reading i guess cause sometimes I just don't know what your talking about. As for who has to play Nick, how about (can't get his name up) the actor who did gladiator. He just has to go on a diet that's all. I found some good articles on panorama about the Sog. These are really mean mean men. Maybe even worse then the SAS, -would'nt want to meet one of those at night. As I live in Tuscany, I knew a couple of guys here who are in the Nocs. Always running around with their gun and beeper, even on the beach. About the pix hey don't forget me. I ask myself why are we all interested in AM, is it for the books or something else, hey ladies????
