Gaia, does feel fear, I mean there is no way she wasn't injected and it's a "fake mask" you know because I mean COME ON she screamed at the site of a cockroach, seriously now, that is the most un-gaia-like thing I think I've ever read, it pisses me off you know? I hope Francine changes the plot soon, where Gaia can like take invince for the rest of her life to make her fearless again, since you know that the familly is selling what ever happened to her gene in that drug, I mean put 2 and 2 together I bet they can change her genes back to the way they were, man I hope so lol...Shimmy

Truthfully, i think the whole gaia feeling fear thing is good, sales/plot wise. it keeps everyone interested. will gaia become fearless again? Or will she throw herself off a bridge to get away from a mosquito? You simply have to read the next book to find out. But you're right, Shimmy. if she doesn't change the plot shell lose the audience.

I agree to it does grip you, the fact that she can now feel fear, but if it goes on for much longer and she doesn't change back to the way she used to be, not exactally fearless but not SO afraid of EVERYTHING, her fighting sucks now, she just needs to be retrained and if she isn't soon Francine is gonna wish she had, cause she'll loose a lot of readers...Shimmy

It's really sad they don't ever talk about what happened in her spin off Super Edition series, because it would give her more back-up for this crap she is currently writing, like incorperate Gaia's brother somewhere, and why doesn't Jake ever mention what happened you know? ok I'm new here but I have read up to 31 and then I quit the series I mean it's called fearless so way does she have to go and become all not fearless If Gaia ever becomes fearless again tell me and I'll finish the series but I'm scared to read on because jake might not like the new Gaia she ran from a fight and ed got slashed that's sooo not gaia

Well, just to let you know I'm about half way through 34, it's pretty good, but I'm pretty sure she isn't going to be able to be fearless again, you know? I think she could prolly take the drug invince and be normal, cause she's not felt fear ever, but I think it's stupid that it's called Fearless, and she's full wigging out about everything. I stopped reading at 27; I heard that Gaia becomes able to feel fear and since the plot was leaning that way, I have no choice but to believe it. That sucks. How stupid can one person be? The freakin' title of the series is FEARLESS. I was afraid to read any farther, but if she becomes fearless again in 34, then I guess it's okay. Oh and someone tell me why the hell Jake had to get thrown into the picture. I don't think I like him; I love Ed, he's great.

yahhhhhhhhh! i read bk 34 aswell and she is finally fearless. but what i dont get iz how they came up with the lamest solution of havin it just wear off. how cud it just wear off!? its stupid! well, at least shes fearless again, thats one thing, but Skylers still in it and he's still ruining the series. With only three books left to go we need Pascal to hurry along and wind the series up properly bi goin back to the old characters, not bi ending the series blabbing about brand new ones. like wat happened to Sam? i know he went off to start anew but iz that it!! and wats gonna happen with Ed! I've only just found out about these books! they r soooooocool i found it in publishers book clearance on princes street! i finished reading it the first day! but the shop didnt have 2. then i found them at the library so i read 2, 3, and before gaia, they have 4 and six but not five, is there a shop in edinburgh who has no.5 kiss? I don't get why heather is soooo horrible to ed just because of his accident! she doesn't even hang around with him anymore!

Hello everyone!...I'm new at this whole giving an opinion thingy, but I just wanted to say how I feel about Fearless. My best friend and I have been reading these books since day one and we both own all of them. Even the super editions. I just read all of the comments that everyone has writen and I think it's pretty cool that there is actually people besides my friend and I who like these books. They're awsome and I agree with Kestrel$ that Ed is definitly the best pick for Gaia. I have thought about it a lot and I love Ed the most. He treats her the best. I thought it was sooo cute when he gave her a wheel of cheese on their first real date, but anyway...there is a TV series coming out for Fearless? When? Is it even out yet? I hope I didn't miss it. It may suck that it doesn't stick to the books, but if I fell for the books maybe I could fall for a "New Gaia Life" too. I mean I knew there were movies based on Fearless, but there's going to be a show? Someone please help...I'm confused :S

lol, i think the tv series was never put on air, it must hav bin that bad. They may try to re-air it but i doubt it. And even if u think u cud get used to a "New Gaia Life", when reading about the tv series it seems that all it had in common with the books was the fact that the girl waz called Gaia and the CIA was involved. It isnt really "Gaia", just a girl called Gaia

Oh OK. I understand now LoL. I thought I had missed out on an awsome TV series or something. Ya, now I don't think I could get used to it anymore. Not unless it was actually like the books. When I was little I was into Nancy Drew and when I found out she had a TV series I was totally siked, but the thing was it wasn't at like the book's just people with the same name solving crimes. I hated it and couldn't get used to it. This is like the stupid "Nancy" show all over again. Oh well. Maybe they will come to their senses and clue in that we want a real show about the real Gaia. Thanx for solving my problem though! :D

I definately think it wud b GR8 if they did a fearless movie, but only if the characters were like how we imagine them to be, if the movie was exactly the same as the books and if they didnt miss out anything. It wud be longer than Lord of the rings, but we wudnt care! lol

i think the problem with trying to make a movie out of it is that no two people ever imagine the same thing exactly. a movie could fit one persons imagination perfectly yet be completely opposite of anothers. there's no pleasing everyone.
i agree it should be Ed that she ends up with. jakes cool but he aint boyfreind material. they should stay fight buddies, if you know what i mean.

LoL...I totally agree with both of you. Everyones image of the characters is different, but we read the same plot line so even if it followed the plot and a main character with blonde hair blue eyes with the same people I think it could work out OK, but ya. I think that Gaia and Jake should stay "fight buddies" LoL. I like how you put that. I wanna know how Sam is doing. Does anyone else ever wonder about him? I hope she gets back with Ed though. Skyler! Uuggh...I hate him soo much. I can't believe Gaia's falling for what he is saying and I can't believe she moved in with him in book #38. Stupid her! Do you guys think that she is actually going to go to prom though? Do you think that Ed and Gaia will hook after prom or even during prom?
P.S. If they put out a newier movie...an up dated version from the one alreay got out, and it was longer then the Lord of the Rings I'd totally go for it :P But your right. It would be waaaay longer. See ya's!
