I am doing an essay on "The Water Is Wide" It's really hard because I have to write about an issue in the book. and I don't know what he is "really" writing about.

I have to about the friendship beetwen Tradd and Will, and about the question if Will should forgive Tradd.
And to be hones i did not understand the book.
