Margaret Weis

Forum

Margaret Weis as i see it good at what she does.
I know many people that have never heard of her and i think it is very funny but i some what pitty those people for the fact to have never heard of the now widely known name of Raistlin.
If i could ask her some things it whould be, Has she ever had the idea of making the The Raistlin Chronicles into a movie?
And, I play AD&D (2E and 3E) I whould like to have Raistlin's
Cha. sheet so that i could make him into a real player in one of my Nodes. So if there is any info on the Cha.sheet, The Raistlin Chronicles, Book 3 or anything that has to do with these above subjects please send me a E-Mail at

Thank u for everything,

Weis is one of the best authors I have ever read. Her development of the character Raistlin rocks, and I reccomend any book containing him, especially the Chronicles and the series in which Raistlin, Caramon, and Tasslehoff go bach in time to the time in which the Kingpriest rules most of the world(I can't remember the name of, sorry).

Weis is one of the best authors I have ever read. Her development of the character Raistlin rocks, and I reccomend any book containing him, especially the Chronicles and the series in which Raistlin, Caramon, and Tasslehoff go back in time to the time in which the Kingpriest rules most of the world, the Legends series. This series is one of the best I have ever read, I loved the way Raistlin kicked ass.

I Think your creation of Raistlin is the greatest character ever. But I can't find Book 3 of the Chronicles? Has it came out or is it just hard to find? Please E-mail me back at

I, like many, have been waiting for a long time on a Raistlin Chronciles 3. Hopefully, there will be word of one soon. Been waiting since a week after the release of #2 for word on #3.

Would also like to see a storyline, perhaps with Palin or a bit after his time with a return of Raistlin. Would love to see how he has changed and how his views will reshape the world.

I didn't read about Raistlin, but I've read The Death Gate Cycle and Haplo's dog is one of my favourite characters of all times.
The Death Gate Cycle is an amazing story. It's not perfectly written, it's not artsy. But the characters go deep in your soul.
The only thing that has my thumbs down is the explanation that they give for magic. I like to see magic as an unexplanable power. With magic you can do things, no matter how.
