I havent been reading her books fo too long, Ive only read maybe 15. I just finished readin Someone Dies Someone Lives (or is is Someone Lives Someone Dies?) Anyway! I have cancer and have read a bunch of her books and I think they are very inspiring. I want to thank her for teaching me what it is like so I knew what was coming. It made it easier for me. I finished my chemo 4 months ago.

I love her books! I have almost all of them expect for four. My favorite book is Don't Die My Love. She is such a good author that I think everyone should read at least one of her books and I bet that she will have a huge impact on you. I never liked reading books until one day I read one of her's and now I can't stop reading them!

lurlene mcdaniel is one of my favorite author.i really like to live again. dawn
was strong through all of it . but it hurt her to be in a hostpital all that time and not being with her friends. but it kinda relate to me a little bit . when i was 13 i had gallstone and my pendence had bursted and i had to stay inside all the time until i got well.

Lurlene is a great author. Haven't read that many of her books, but so far so good. I need info on her for a project. Stephanie u r so wrong, maybe u read her books and don't be so judgemental when you haven't even tried reading them. Sorry about ur cancer Alicia, hope u feel better.

P.S. To: Stephanie - Just let you know you sound niether smart nor intelligent, sophisticated, nor smart when you say the word suck. Expand ur vocab. ( And if you don't know what those words mean, u should really read more often, that expands vocab. Try Lurlene's books you might learn something,)

i think her books are really good too...i do think they can be pretty depressing sometimes, yet evrytime i pass a bookstore i have to get another one! i guess im hooked...anyway, sry about your cancer alicia, but you'll get through it ;-).

PS) stephanie, maybe if you had cancer, or, for that matter, any disease, you might not be so naive about her. i bet you just read the first few pages of one and said 'oh this is depressing-why read it?" well, i think you are missing out on a lot because of your immaturity, but suit yourself!

Lurlene McDaniel is amazing! Her books means a lot for very many people. She lives in Brodway in New York. And she was born april 5 1944.

yeah i love her books to, they are so good. evertime i read them i cry. my favorite so far is Baby Alicia is Dying. i havent read that many yet, because they are so popular the stores around here never have them :( I hope you get better Alicia!

i love her books so much... the tell stories that could happen in real life.... i have a friend who has a brain tumor and its hard for him and this book helps alot i just got done reading till death do us part it may look stupid but its a great bookk now i havent read all of her books but hopefully i will...... i hope to keep reading those books of hers and if any of ur friends ask wat great books you've read lately say any lurlene mcdaniel....
