I love Lori Wick's books. Everytime I pick up one of her books I can't put it down. I have read everyone of her books and cannot wait until her next one comes out. I really feel like I get to know her characters and enjoy watching them change and grow throughout the book.

I have read several of her series and love them. Just as I love each of her characters, I also love the spirit of the author that comes through in her sensitive and thought provoking stories. I'd like to find info or contact onfo for/of her.

I love Wick's books, she's a great author. Her characters really portray what I as a Christian want as a relationship with God. They all have really good relationships with Him, even through life struggles.

I too enjoy Lori Wick's books. I really have a hard time putting them down. She never ceases to point out attributes of following Christ that I need to add to my own journey. My sister and I have also become closer by sharing these books with each other. I highly recommend these books to a new believer or a seasoned believer. They are also a nice escape from studying!

Lori knows how to form characters. Her heros, heroines, and romantic interests are utterly captivating. Not only does she provide clean, satisfying romantic stories, but the messages and principles about our loving God and His commands are definitely ones to take to heart. Thanks Lori for providing such satisfying works and keep ones like The Hawk and the Jewel coming! Brandon Hawkesbury is wonderful!

Lori Wick is an awesome writer. I'm reading Donovan's Daughter, actually I'm just about to start. I finished Sean Donovan, though, and it was awesome. I think I fall in love with every one of her male characters, especially Dakota Rawlings. Isn't it funny how romance books do that to ya? If anyone's read Pretense, tell me if it's good.

I had to read a romance novel for english. Anyway my teacher was going on and on about what she reckons its all about "Its all about the guy wooing the girl and then them doing it" and I decided I really dont think that romance novels are all really just about sex I mean I am sixteen years old and because I am a christian I believe in marriage before sex so I decided that I would try and see if a christian bookstore sold romance novels and to my surprise they did so I got "The proposal" It was so good. I read it like in three days and considering I never read thats pretty good for me I kinda couldnt put it down. And I believe I cried many times throughout the book and also learn alot I need to apply to my life. Overall it was a good read.

I have read and re- read every book of Lori Wick's and own most.
Its sooo hard to wait for the next one to come out!!!
My favorite character of all her books is "Smokey"
Lori Wick is an awesome author. She is an inspiration to me.
Its plain to see she uses her talent for the One who gave it to her. Its so refreshing to read thru a clean book like hers. I laugh and cry with the characters in each novel.
I would love to have an entire library full of books by her!
Thank You Lori Wick!!!

I am glad I found this web site and now know there is to be book 4 in the "English Garden Series". The only problem is that I wish that I did not have to wait for it. I so enjoy Lori Wick books as well as other Christian fiction.

I discovered Lori's books in our church library. I read "The Proposal" and "The Rescue" and loved every moment. I am currently reading "The Visitor". I love with her series books she introduces new characters but keeps the loved characters from previous books involved in the storyline. I'm thrilled that there will be a book 4 in the English Garden Series.

In answer to Elizabeth's question, I have read Pretense and I feel it is one of her best. Her characters are some of the best developed I have ever read. When I finished reading Pretense, I wanted to have more godly character. Her characters show me in practical ways what serving and loving God is all about. I liked Pretense because the characters were wonderful and it was the first novel of hers I read set in contemporary times. It was great! I would highly recommend it!

I have read Bamboo & Lace, Pretense, The Princess, Sophie's Heart, The Proposal, The Rescue and now I am in the middle of reading The Visitor. Once I finish a book I have to go right out and get the next book. I grew up reading Robin Jones Gunn's books. They were great for high school age. I had a hard time finding another Christian fiction writer, but as soon as I read the first four chapters of The Proposal in the bookstore I was hooked. It's great how she brings the scriptures into her books and how you can see the Lord working in the characters lives from the begining. I hope to have read all of her books by this time next year.

Lori Wick's books are always a wonderful read, I can never seem to put her books down. My parents are always telling me to go do something, but it's so hard to stop reading! I always seem to cry my way through the books. I can't wait to go read her next book!

We love Lori Wick books so much that so far we have all but 1 of her books. We really enjoy her stories and the way she is able to get the reader to feel what the chracters feel. And often times their laughs are echoed by ours and so are their tears. Her books are also a great inspiration for us. Whenever we read one of her books we always learn something new and helpful from the Bible. If we could, we would like to thank Lori Wick for taking the time and writing all her books. We are sure that more than one life was changed because of them. Her books are so realistic that when we talk about them we often times say 'movie' instead of 'book'. It gives us a great laugh and yet a reminder of how great a writer Lori Wick is. She is really ONE OF A KIND. Thanks Lori.

I love Lori Wick's books. I love how the main characters in each book are different and how they overcome their obstacles. I loved the novel Pretense, it is one of my favorites. as for the series, I would have to say that the Yellow Rose Trilogy is my favorite, although the Rocky Mountain series cuts it real close (The first and last books of that series I really liked). Her books are awesome, and I have read them over and over.

Hey everyone. My mom happened to buy me The Californians a few years ago, and she didn't realize what she was doing. I've always been a big reader, but Lori Wick's books are some of my favorite. I enjoyed Bamboo and Lace, and the Princess, as well as all of her series books. But my absolute favorite story is Pretense. I've must have read it about 8 times. The development and growth of the characters amazes me. I have read all of her books, except her newest one. I can't wait to see what else she comes out with.

I have read most of Lori's books and loved them all. However, in the Rocky Mountain series, I was wondering if anyone knows if Travis' wife ever got saved. If anyone remembers reading that and could tell me which book they found it in, I would appreciate it.

I can't begin to describe how much Lori Wick's books mean to me. Through her books I have come back to Christ. I can't think of anything more precious. I have read and own every single one her books. In fact, I think I have read all of them at least 3 or 4 times. I encourage everyone to read as all of her books. Each one holds a special message from the Lord enabling you to only learn more and become closer to our almighty and righteous God. By the way, Michelle, I have pondered the same question. I have reread all of the Rocky Mountain series several times. Lori never tells us if Travis' wife becomes saved. I took that to mean that the Lord is still working in her heart as He is with so many in the world today. God bless.

I have read every single one of Lori Wick's books, and each of them has touched me in different ways. Her books are the sort that i can read over and over again, and never tire of. It takes a lot of talent to be able to wind God, romance, humour and excitement into the one book, but Lori has done it over and over again. Each character has a different personality, and being there every step of the way as they go through the trials and triumphs of life makes you feel as though you know them.

Goodness, I don't even know where to begin with Lori Wick. She is by far my favorite Christian fiction author. Once I start in on a novel, I can't put it down until it's finished. There was a time when I enjoyed secular romances, but they were never uplifting, directing me toward God, and, in fact, caused more harm than good. But Mrs. Wick's novels always leave me content, if only a bit dreamy:) I recommend her to all my friends, Christian and otherwise, because her books are genuinely well written. It is comforting to read Christian romances that have more substance to them than just physical relationships.

Lori Wick is definately the best Chrisitan writer around, I simply cannot put her books down ( my family think i'm crazy for locking myself in my room) I've read over ten of her books and have loved every single one. Her words have definately touched my heart and challenged my thinking in areas such as my faith in God and my relationships. Thanks Lori Wick :)

I'm looking forward to reading more of her books :D
