although I like the Vorkosigan books,
and the new Sharing knife is a nice romance
what is it about Curse of challion. I keep finding myself rereading it.
I've worn out two copies of it already.

It is my favorite too. The world pulls you forward - it has depth.
The Vorkosigan books have it occasionally. But these people in the Challion books are unapologetically deep.
