I only recently discovered (being an ignorant Yank in Indiana) Jilly Cooper's books (started with POLO and am now re-reading the whole Campbell-Black and Taggie series. Haven't felt this way about an author since I discovered Nancy Mitford and John Keats. I started reading her books only in the past few months during one of the worst periods in my life and she has helped save my life and I mean that literally. I thought: Can't check out now...must read more Jilly Cooper first. Things are slowly improving and her books are a source of joy and truth and beauty. My puppydog likes them too, mainly because they make me much easier to live with! Is there any way to write to Miss Cooper directly or can this be forwarded to her publishers?
