I started reading Under the Tuscan Sun after returning from a week in Italy at the beginning of the year. I love the way Frances describes her experiences, tastes, smells and sights. It really bought Italy back to me. Now I have started Bella Tuscany to 'get me in the mood' for a 2 week holiday in Northern Italy. I've even persuaded my boyfriend to read the first book!
