I am currently studing AJCronin's The Citadel at Higher Level, in a home study course, my project is a critical essay on this novel. Can anyone provide me with an example of a lirterary criticism of this novel, to help me understand what is required. Thankyou so much.

I am a great admirer of Cronin's books and his book Key's of the Kingdom is a masterpiece . I have read this book at least 27 times. Spanish Gardener, Beyond This Place, The Green Years are some of the books by him which touch the heart. No single word can be changed from any line to improve on any meaning. His writings are from the heart.
