| Discussion: Witi Ihimaera He is currently acknowledged in this country as a top writer, he wrote the book of the recent movie 'Whale Rider'. I have just read another of his, 'Sky Dancer'; I thought it far too similar, written with another movie in mind, inconsistent, full of anachronisms that made me wince, & generally more unbelievable than any Fantasy story I have read in years.
