Discussion: Ursula Hegi

Every once in a while a writer comes along and changes the way you look at things, Mrs. Hegi is like that! I had the honor of going to a book reading by her (from my college), and I was amazed. Her written words spoke so loud to me. If you want to read a good book, then read anything she has written!

I agree. I loved Stones From the River. A book that also has a dwarf in it and deals with wwII is Murder in the Marais by Cara Black set in Paris...

If you liked "Stones from the River" -- then you should read "FLOATING IN MY MOTHER'S PALM" the story takes place in the same village w/ the same characters. Its a good read!
