Ms. Nissen is indeed gifted. Love both the novel and the collection of stories (and her online musings).

Thisbe Nissen is vibrant. I can only picture all her emotion as she wrote "The Good People of New York".
It's novel's like this that actually bring feeling to reading. When reading this novel you actually fill in the blanks of how the characters are and all their quirks, its almost as if becomes a story of your own.
I enjoyed Nissen's writing's and have read it repeatedly. This is one book I have will continue to recommend to anybody.
