I love the character (Protector of the Small is my favourite series), but I'd love her even more if she didn't give into the norms of the time and place and stayed single. I havn't read the The Circle Opens books yet I'm reading Briar's Book right now.i'll probably start magic steps by next week. I don;t know about anyone else but I read all of the books that take place in Tortall all in order staring with the Song of the Lioness books then the Imortals books then the Protector of The Small and then Trickster's Choice. I can't wait for Trickster's Queen!!
