I read the book Girl in Hyacinth Blue, and the Passion of Artemisia, and I think she's an excellent author, I can't believe I'm only the first to post about her. In both of her books that I've read she made the story come alive for me, like I was sitting there and watching the story reveal itself to me, personally, like my own little treasure. It's no surprise to say that once I picked up both of the books, it was impossible to get them out of my hands!!
