I just finished reading The Secret Life of Fees...its a wonderful book that I think everyone should read at some point in your life

Yeah, it was great. This is deffinatly a mother daughter book. I think it perfectly shows how it doesnt matter what your race is between a mother and daughter (even though they aren't biologically related ) and among other situations.

I agree The Secret Life of Bees is a great read, also The Mermaid Chair although very different novels in regard subject.
Sue Monk Kidd is a great writer with spiritual depth which is evident when listening to her being inteviewed or addressing a gathering.
