Nicholas Sparks

Forum

I met Nicholas Sparks (no relation!) at his book signing on Oct. 1, 2002, in Indiana. He gladly signed a copy of his latest book for my son, Nicholas Sparks!
He shared how he got the ideas for each of his books.
He was warm, friendly, relaxed, funny and seemed to genuinely enjoy his vocation. What a pleasant evening it was getting to know the author of these outstanding novels. True to life his life history, the stories made me laugh and cry and I thoroughly enjoyed the journey through them all. Looking forward to the new ones.

Noah and Allie are the old people at the end and beginning of the story. Yes, they do end up getting married.

I abesolutely LOVE Nicholas Sparks. My neighbor gave me a book to read (the Notebook) when I was home sick for awhile. I have been addicted to his novels ever since. I just can't seem to wait until the next one comes out. I am just waiting for his book signing to come to my home town.

The Notebook is a good example of "true love", and the things we do for it. If anybody wants a good read -- pick up anything written by Sparks -- his writing is worth your time!
