i loved russell banks novel, "the sweet here after". the way that this texts was written, just make me feel i was in the lives of these people.

I had contact with Banks works through the movies, but , just sudden, i discovered his works were translated to portuguese. Fantastic. Now im dying to read all of them . Thak you sir. You make literature worth for.

Just finished 'Affliction'.I was impressed with the way he mixed 3rd person and 1st person narrative ,then added the interviews.It made for a very complete picture in a personal form.Any thoughts out there on why Wade killed Jack but not the Gordons?Do you think Rolfe was correct in thinking Jack innocent?
