Is anybody here familiar with Louis Zukofsky's take on Plato.....in "Bottom: On Shakespeare" or "A"...... Zukofsky refers to Plato writing on "double palimpsest".....it's really a fascinating image......Zuk is basically paraphrasing Aristotle's polite critique of His Master's philosophical treatment of Nature.....something like that.
