| Discussion: P.C. Hodgell I first encountered Hodgell's writing about seven years ago and have since read and reread her novels obsessively. I don't know how to define what it is about her writing that I find so appealing; some mix of plot, style, and simple elegance that completely engrosses me. I am an avid reader and can say with utter honesty and joy that P.C. Hodgell is my favorite writer and that her Kencyrath series is my favorite chain of novels.
