Discussion: Michael Chrichton

what is TIMELINE ABOUT? help

>>By sofiall

I am about half way through PREY whwn I realized I was reading Jurassic Park again, Same stuff, Human Invent a monster, monster get out of control, human have to tame/kill the monster. One place is an isolated island, one place is an isolated desert, the bad guy want to steal the monsters, the bad guys want the monster (the army), Im not there yet, but I can guess. I really feel cheated.

Someone once said that if you put a million monkeys in front of a million typewriters, they would eventually rewrite the works of Shakespeare.

Judging by the content of this 'discussion' room, we'd be lucky if we got a million of these contributors to fumble together an index page.

I have read several of Michael's books and enjoyed each and every one of them.
I am looking forward to Hollywood waking up and smelling the dollar$ and getting 'Timeline' off the ground.

Where can I find a summary and themes of michael crichton's book, The Termial Man?

>>By Jessi L.

I am really a Crichton fanatic. I"ve been reading his books for a long time now. And the 1st book that I've read is the "A case of need" where a Doctor is accussed of aborting the daughter of a well-Known Doctor. It is really good and not boring but Im just wondering that Micheal used a pen-name (that is Jefferey Hudson)? Is he afraid that his first book will be criticized? If anyone knows email me at pycarus@yahoo.com......

You really should spell his name correctly!

>>By Mark

if you don't like his writing, didier, why do you read it? I love his work, and anyone who appreciates writing can tell the vast difference in plotlines. Does anyone have a viable critical review of Michael Crichton?

prey kicks ass! I've read alot of michael crichtons books and I think that Prey is by far the best!

>>By Jon

Though Crichton has many hegemonic theorys by witch are the bias subject of his novels and eye-opening ideas, I must say that he gives little evidence in, The Andromeda strain, to sugest that such an organism would get military funding to fend it off if such an incident were to occur. If you have time to give a comment please do so concerning the topic I have discussed.
And Fuck, your name needs a capitol, not to mention it needs some more intelligent spunk to it. And unlike most people I can spell Crichton right.

Speak to me you intimidated fools.

>>By The Xenocide

I must state the fact that Prey, Timline, and Jurassic Park are by far his greatest works.

>>By The Xenocide
