I absolutely love Mary Higgens Clark books! She is a great writer. I'm trying to read all of her books. So far, I've only read about 10. She definately deserves her title "Queen of Suspense". She makes reading fun!

I absolutely adore Mary Higgins Clarke' books they are fantastic, I find myself completly absorbed in them and the characters become so real that although it sounds ridiculas when I finfish reading the book I miss them. I am always eager to find out the 'who done its' although when I rush to the end I wish I hadn't because I am usually prying my eyes open in the early hours just to get there and skipping bits, still it proves how much I like them. I also travel to University by train everyday and on that hour journey I find that I enter the world of my books and am reluctant to step out of it, they pass the time greatly. I only wish that one day I can write a book and be half as good of an author as her, she is without a doubt my favourite writer....

By the way I just finished her new book: 'Daddy's little girl.' I must admit that at 1st I was put off by the fact it was the 1st time she had written in the 1st person, but I have to say it was excellent and ended up being one of my all time favourutes. I finished reading it a about 1:30am this morning, I just could not put it down, and I didn't skip a line. I carried on reading even though I knew I was up at 6am to start the treck to University, where I am a journalist student. I was reading the book as I walked to work yesterday and as I walked bak, I gave myself and hour there and back to allow for my slower pace. I love reading when the sun is shining down and I am completley absorbed in the book. Thankyou MHC for giving me my escape, when my life is in turmoil or boring...

I think she is such a great writer. My first book of hers was the cradle will fall and oh my god, i haven't found anyone else that can keep me going like her. I just finished daddy's little girl and oh my god, awesome performance once again. I was so impressed. I don't like her endings too much, but this was excellent. She could have ended it three pages sooner and i would have been happy. I'm just wondering if anyone would be willing to maybe share some books of hers. I'm a poor college kid but I can't refuse a good higgens book. I read daddy's little girl in record time for me, three days, i read in class, during lunch, at night, any time i could. I'm so glad you guys feel the same way about her. I'm really excited about the new book, i didn't even know it was out. i fully support her and i hope many others do to.

I have only read one book so far. Daddy's Little Girl. I thought it was absolutely brilliant and can't wait to get on to some more. The housework will never get done! I passed it on to my daughter and she loves it as well.

Nothing beats a Mary Higgins Clarke Novel...I relish every page of the suspense packed literary gems that I've read so far, right up to the current favorite, "The Second Time Around". I'm eagerly waiting for the next book...
