Discussion: Mark Z. Danielewski

I think the House of Leaves was very interested, it had a lot of weird quotes. The only thing that I did not like about the book was that it skip from scene to scene and that really threw you off by having to come back and catch up from where you left off

i thought house of leaves was great. i think to say it was worth the effort wouldn't really be accurate. i think the effort it takes to read the book is what makes it worth the read, if you follow. to have three seperate stories going on all at once and trying to sort out who's mania you're experiencing is as fun as it is frustrating.

highly reccommend!!

House of Leaves is a nuts, AWESOME book. I have not read the new book, "Only Revolutions" because I haven't had time, but I must wonder if it measures up to HOL. I also have the Whalestoe Letters, which is a great HOL companion. I first got HOL when my Uncle recommended it to me. I would recommend it to anyone with an intrigue for the mysterious and a lot of time on their hands lol.
