Marian makes me laugh, cry and has succeeded in reigniting my love of reading. So far I've read all except "Lucy Sullivan...", and "Sushi for Beginners". Although there is some repetition throughout the books, it works because most of her main characters are sisters, and likely to encounter some of the same things. Reading her books is like "hanging out" with girlfriends. Her writing style is so real it feels like your one of the characters.
