While I do believe that one of the only Lucius Shepard books I've read was Green Eyes, I would have to say that he is one of the most interesting and creative authors I have ever read. His use of description far surpasses the more popular writers these days, and his characters are compelling. The plot in Green Eyes was fantastic and it was hard to put down once I had picked it up
