Discussion: Louis Wood I have to say, I am getting a little impatient now! I read the short stories from 2003, but I haven't heard anything since. He has supposedly been writing a novel for several years, but there has been no word of it being finished yet. Time to get a move on and get that book completed, people are eagerly anticipating it!! :O) >>By lualabear Who is this guy? I have never heard of him. Where can I get hold of any of his stories? It sounds like he is in a similar position to me. I have been writing stories ever since I can remember. It is only in the last few years that I have actually been writing anything any good though. I can understand if he hasn't finished a novel yet though. I have been writing mine for about 18 months now and, though it is almost finished, it is only a short book. It takes a lot of time and effort, especially if, like many first time authors, you have to work as well. At least I am still in education so I lots of free time. However, like I say, it has taken me a year and a half to write my little book, so maybe that's why. Of course I can't say for definite, but I reckon that could be why.
