Discussion: Kathleen Eagle If the book Medicine Woman is the book i think it is, it was Wonderful. I believe it was the 1st or second book I read that revealed Indian culture. I read it first as a 13 yr old and fell in love with it but as time passed and i read it so many times i figured I could do without it but now years later I want tnothing more than to bury myself into that book and see if its half as good as I remember it and I know it is. I'm afraid I haven't read any other books from kathleen Eagle because I didn't know the author's name until I did a book search yesterday at the book store where I work. Unfortunately, it is no longer in print....which i think it should be re-released....So I had to go online to find a copy. If she is the author of the book about a woman who was called Medicine Wolf, could not have children, went to a white school with a white boy who ended up loving her but going back home to her family marrying a man whose name I think was Bear_____. [The last time I read it was possibly 6-7 yrs ago]... If this is that book...it was awesome!!!!!!!!!! >>By Roxanne
