Oriental Odyssey series are must read Karl May books.
These great stories are not only adventuress but they speak of peace and unity for all mankind. In these troubled times we often search for answers to troubling questions. But we cannot find answers without first understanding our fellow man. It is often because of our ignorance and lack of compassion that wars are waged. It is amazing that Karl May wrote about the Kurds and their struggles over 120 years ago and not much has changed in that time. Now Americans are in this land we know little about. I have gained a greater understand of their land and culture by reading the Oriental Odyssey series. It is clear that Michael Michalak is a truly dedicated himself to bring Karl May’s work to the English speaking world. He is the first and only Author of the unabridged translations of Karl May. These are books I would be proud to read to my grandchildren because of the deeper message of peace to all mankind.
His books cannot only be bought from Amazon & Barnes & Nobel but on Nemsi-Books.Net. He is currently working on Oriental Odyssey III, which is due to be released in the next couple months.

sad... people.... why do you not read good books? one comment over two years... am I really the only one who remembers "Winnetow" that was always on our fathers' bookshelves? does anyone still care about how when you were young you played you were indians? children are smarter, they undertand more than adults do... adults simply argue with themselves and punish themselves for god knows what... please, please do try to understand youself, get along with yourself at first, then maybe you can get along with others too... humankind would benefit, if more people read this sort of books... ' where have all the natives gone? where's the peace with nature? why don't we get along? why do we hate ourselves?
earth's gona blow up physically anyway one day, why do we want to do it mentally already now?

where have all the natives gone? They run casinos here in the States. where's the peace with nature? I never realized I was at war with nature. why don't we get along? What, we don't? why do we hate ourselves? Speak for yourself, I love me.
