Discussion: Joys James

I would like to know everything about this writer and read some of his books

Once I learned how to translate James Joyce's work into layman's english, I began to really appreciate his work. People who study literature inevitably read "Ulysses," which is based on both a day in the life of Leopald Bloom and the chapters of the Odyssey. But what I really love the most is "Finnegan's Wake." Very cyclic and very encompassing of life. There are a couple of things to remember about Mr. Joyce. He hated his native Ireland, and everything he ever wrote about had to do with Ireland.
