In the famous Tawana Brawley case in NYC approximately 15 years ago, Al Sharpton continued to defend her long AFTER she admitted that she had LIED. Why didn't she lie about black men raping her?? One hitch, though -- this particular board, by it's very nature, defies moderation because it exists for the precise purpose of addressing controversial subjects. The trick is knowing how to argue intelligently and persuasively, not ignorantly and abusively. I'm quite certain you want "Jack" to be an active and intellectually challenging board, but I can also tell you, without a doubt, it's an extremely fine line between moderation and censorship.
