I really don't think that Ira Levin is a bad writer. I think he's the greatest writer I know at this moment. I was just disappointed that I still had questions in the end. Lilac was an important person in Chip's life. She might even be the most important person. So even when Chip seemed to have dicided to stay with Wei and the programmers, I still kept thinking about Lilac and if Chip and she would ever be togheter again. Sorry for calling him names.
