Discussion: Gibran Khalil Gibran

this site came up as i searched out information on gkg to use in my high school senior lit classes. i'd bought each senior a copy of The Prophet, but know from my own experience that many wouldn't read it for years . . . if ever. so i decided that the final lit unit of the year will be on The Prophet; i'll give kids their gifts immediately prior to beginning the work. i feel right smart, having come up with this, and am eager to see how it all works out.
