| Discussion: David Zindell is a tinker/mechanic a fitter/turner of the future?Well that makes it a bit easier to get up in the morning lol >>By spannaman I'ts been noted in other places that David Zindell is no math genius, but since when did lack of understanding get in the way of good writing. (that said, I still didn't understand Neverness). Still. I came across book 1 of the Ea Cycle : The Lightstone, last year on holiday in Oz. At first I wasn't sure of the whole first-person account style (I'm no fan ) but I soon got into the concept and found myself actually caring whether the characters survived to the end or not. Now I've just started the second book Lord of Lies and admit I'm confused that it doesn't pick up where the forst book left off. I'm hoping all will be revealed later.
