Morgans Run is one of the best books I've read in long time. I got the impression at the end of the book that there mayl be a sequel but have not been able to locate any information on one.

Colleen McCullouhg probably hated The Thorn Birds series, because they took her amazing saga and trashed it.
I like the series, but at the same time I hate it because it does no justice to the book. Where her first book, Tim, was reproduced wonderfully and stayed true to the original story. The Thorn Birds went off all crazy like and was just wrong.

I read the Thorn Birds only recently and thought it was beautifully written and a fantastic novel.

I saw The Thorn Birds on television some years before I read Colleen Mccullough's amazing book which was far and away for me beyond the mini series.
