| Discussion: Carl Hiaasen By no means great literature, Hiaasen is one of the best entertainment/humor novelists out there. With "Sick Puppy" I think he has reached the top of his powers. In it, all of his world is perfected without the need for him to go back to the tried and true journalist/editor dynamic. Twilly Spree is too good for that.
