Dracula is one of my all time favorite books, along with a few other vampire books. If you're a fan of vampires I suggest reading the book Sweet Blood. I don't remember who it's by but it's a modern tale of a Goth girl who has a very interesing theory on vampires and life in general.

I've never been a fan of Vampires, but I saw the Coppola adaptation of Dracula a while back. Although I didn't like the movie, it Piqued my interest, so I went to the store bought a copy of Dracula, and am currently reading it. I find that it's quite good.

Yes, Bram Stoker is excellent. Have any of you out there read 'the jewel of the seven stars' it's also another good book of his. He always did an amazing job of closely studying the historical aspects of his books, i suppose he has added to many already existing mythologies . . .to the point were his stories have become the core basis for these myths
