| Discussion: Anton La Vey Recently I purchased a copy of the Satanic Mass (on CD). I was pleased by the content, Dr La Vey has a pleasant 'soft accent' that also sounded cultured. To me this is very simalar to one of the 10 comandments "thou shalll not steal". Satanism and christianity both teach the same basic morals with minor diffrences.For example pride is one of the seven deadly sins. The defanition of prided is: A good feeling once one has achived something or if one feels good about something they have or something they or someone else achives. This means if you are christian you can not feel good if you do well or if your child wins their schools sports day and you can not feel good about what the "church" has done for the world. But satanism suports pride this means(realy) that satanists belive christians should feel good about the church and what it has done but god says you canot. At this point I would like to point out that I have no religon because to me all religon stands for is self contradiction. And it is to that previous statment I make my final point. If you ask a satanist if he/she is christian(obviosly befor you know they are a satanist) they will reply "no" this is false as satan is a chrisian thing(as well as chatholics and those other religons) and in theory you would have to be christian to belive in satan.
